“Parts2clean 2025 will open a new chapter for the industry, particularly with our emphasis on high-purity cleaning and an enhanced focus on deburring,” said Christoph Nowak, Project Director at Deutsche Messe.

Following its debut at the previous event, high-purity cleaning will return as a flagship topic, this time with a focus on application-specific criteria. “Under the theme ‘High Purity: Next Chapter,’ we’ll address stringent cleanliness requirements, such as achieving particulate cleanliness down to the nanometer level and reducing residual film contamination,” explained Nowak. These advanced cleaning solutions are critical for industries like semiconductors, optics, electronics, photonics, aerospace, and medical technology, where precision and reliability are paramount.
Deburring Reimagined
Deburring, a foundational aspect of industrial cleaning, will take center stage at Parts2clean 2025. With growing demands for technical cleanliness, optimally deburred components have become indispensable. “Exhibitors and visitors alike have expressed a strong desire for greater representation of deburring solutions,” said Nowak. “This year, Parts2clean will provide a more comprehensive overview of how deburring integrates into the holistic process of surface cleaning.”

To extend its reach beyond the event, Parts2clean has also introduced the p2c.Webinar series, designed to address industry knowledge needs during off-years.
