Vision Wide’s SF series is a double column machining center which can save time and reach high removal rate. SF is equipped with a high speed spindle, high repeatability linear guide ways. SF easily provides excellent machining performance and excellent surface smoothness by its 24,000rpm built-in spindle and 24m/min rapid traverse.
Vision Wide aims to the “fast” and “precise” demands in the market. On SF, Vision Wide lively demonstrates and performs a real cutting to prove a planar facing milling with 500mm3 /min removal rate, and also attracts more attention to a 10,000mm/min feed rate in a 3D mold cutting.

NF product features: precision and smoothness in motion based on dual nitrogen cylinder, unique damping and supporting design for ball screws, various automatic attachment head exchange, 5-face machining integrated in one machine.
To meet the ever-changing machining demands, Vision Wide aims to “heavy cutting” and “5-face machining” demands in the market. On NF, Vision Wide lively exhibits 1 degree indexing head capability and 700mm3/min removal rate in a 5-face machining. They will bring customers more possibilities in the future.
