The Double Column Multi-Face KMC 421SR-H from Kao Ming for extra large parts with four guideways high rigidity structure and double boxway construction to ensure highest performance and reliability suitable for both high speed and heavy duty cutting. 65”x157.5” table, 166.5”x108.3”x43.3” travel, 30,800lb load capacity.
All new HX400 horizontal CNC machining center from QUASER with 15.7”x15.7” pallets, and 22”x25.2”x25.2” travel. YMT will showcase 2 FMC systems from QUASER for lights-out automation. The first FMC system features high speed HX-504 horizontal machining center with 8 pallets shuttle type FMC system. The 19.7” x 19.7” pallets, 240T ATC, full 4th axis, 15k rpm spindle and 1,000 psi. CTS. The high power 40hp spindle and 2,360 ipm rapid feedrate offers exceptional cutting capability and machining efficiency.
The second FMC system features versatile MF-500U 5-axis machining center with 28 pallets FMC system from QUASER ideal for machining complicated medical and aerospace parts that require different fixtures and setups. The 40 pallet FMC and 120 tools capacity enables you to machine parts continuously for days without interruption.
The third automation system from QUASER is MV184C combined with HALTER CNC Robotics LoadAssistant system offers easy loading, improves flexibility, and ultimate efficiency in a package with small foot print. Perfect for any size of job shops. MV184C is equipped with 47.2”x23.6” table and 40.2”x24”x24” travel, 25hp 12K rpm spindle, and 1,100lb of loading capacity.
Also from QUASER is the heavy duty and high performance MV235P with 87”x30”, 80.3”x30”x26” XYZ travel, 47hp & 7,500rpm, CAT-50 and 30T ATC. Capable of load up to 4,400lbs, and superb cutting capability for hard metal such as titanium and Inconel and is ready to take on any jobs required by any industry.
YMT’s own private label TB-2110 with legendary T-base boxway design providing exceptional machine structure rigidity. Combined with 88.6”x39.4” table, 88.6”x39.4”x35.4” travel, and 6,600lbs of loading capacity, this machine offers rock solid heavy duty performance.
